Tchoukman

How to play

Tchoukman is a fantasy manager for the Men's Euro 2026. Draft your squad, adjust it night after night, and earn Tchoukman points based on how your chosen nations perform on court. Here's the whole game — from the first pick to the final scoreboard.

How it works

02
Draft your 7

Pick seven players across the seven competing nations. Max 3 per country to keep things spicy.

03
Watch it play out

Every match your countries win adds points to each of your picks from that nation. You can only change players and captain during the transfer window, 20:00–00:00 (Zürich time), and changes take effect the next day.

Scoring

Every point your players earn on the court adds to your team total. Since Tchoukball is all about team spirit, a player's earnings are determined by their national team's collective effort - not individual performance. Here's exactly how the Tchoukman points are earned.

01

Win / Draw / Loss

Every final match hands out result money to both nations on court:

Loss

Points for & against

Points for: Every point the nation scores is worth ℗1.

Points against: Starting with a 100, then subtracts the points conceded. The number can go negative on a bad night.

Ranking bonus

The seven nations at the Men's Euro 2026 are ranked from favourite to underdog based on the team's performance at the last Euro's in 2024. Everything you earn from steps 1 & 2 is multiplied by the picked nation's rank — the worse the odds, the higher the reward.

Same 100-point night is worth ℗100 as Italy but ℗220 as Denmark.

04

Captain

Pick one of your 7 players as your Captain. Every Tchoukman point that player earns in a round is doubled.

You can change your captain in the same transfer window (20:00–00:00 Zürich time) as you change players. Outside that window your team is locked — no player or captain changes are possible. The new captain takes effect the next day, and each day's snapshot remembers who was captain that day.

Johansen bonus

Tobias Johansen

of Tchoukman

Any team with Tobias Johansen collects a flat ℗50 / day for every day he stays on the team. It's only fair. After all, he made Tchoukman.

The bonus is credited directly to Tobias's total in your team breakdown, and is not affected by the ranking bonus or captaincy — picking Tobias as captain does not double his ℗50 daily bonus.

Joining late?

You can create an account and draft a team even after the tournament has started. Your first roster only takes effect from the next Zurich day, so you only score points from the day your snapshot goes live. Matches that finished before you saved your team are not counted.

Strategy

A few things worth keeping in mind as you build — and rebuild — your squad.

01
It's a team game

Points come from the collective effort of each nation, not individual stats. Pick your favourite players from your favourite teams — just like real tchoukball, it's the team that carries you.

02
Chase the underdogs

The ranking bonus means stacking the top-ranked nations isn't the winning move. Look for teams you think will outperform their ranking — good performances multiplied by a high bonus is where the big scores come from.

03
Rebuild every night

Change your team every evening based on tomorrow's fixtures and try to predict the upsets. A win for Italy pays ℗100, but if Great Britain beats a weak opponent, their 1.8× bonus turns that same win into ℗180.
